Miami, Florida, USA

The city of Miami is the seat of the most populated County in Florida, Miami-Dade. Miami is also the economic, financial, and cultural center of entire South Florida. Miami is famous for being an international trade center, as well as vibrant in the media and entertainment industries.
In the Design District, boutiques and shopping stalls are availed to the public featuring all modern fashion and trends. Here, dozens of restaurants are also available, as are coffee shops and eateries.
Calle Ocho, a famous place within Little Havana, features the Cuban influence on Miami significantly through its numerous cafes and cigar shops. On the other side of Biscayne Bay, across its clear turquoise-blue waters, there are barrier islands that are home to the outspoken Miami Beach as well as the South Beach, where tourists love to swim, relax, and carry out all beach and water activities.
The area around Miami Beach is renowned for its colorful structures, its modern structural designs, white-sand shores, beachside hotels and resorts, and very vibrant nightclubs and lounges. The Key Biscayne, another attractive spot, features the famous Crandon Park, complete with private cabanas on a quiet beach. Nearby Everglades National Park is availed for tourists out to seek alligator adventures. The lush surroundings of the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens are thrilling with their Italian style estate dating back to 1916.
Several galleries and showcase murals are found within the Wynwood Arts District. More artwork displays are available at Miami’s Perez Art Museum featuring modern art and craft designs as well as at the Art Basel Miami Beach Festival, usually held every December.

When to visitMiami

Owing to its many flamboyant beaches and classic beach houses, Miami is an all-year-round travel destination. However, between January and April, the beach city receives a higher number of tourists as compared to the other times. From June to November, Miami may experience hefty rainfall as the season is usually referred to as the hurricane season. Light showers, though, can happen anytime during the year.
In early December, Miami experiences an influx of celebrities and modern artists who come in to partake in the numerous events, fairs, and festivities in the city. In February, there is another event - the South Beach Wine & Food Festival is held and the attendance by renowned food chefs from across the world.
