Seeing that the temperature barely goes above 31°C (87.8°F) on the hottest days and below 22°C (71.6°F) on the coldest days, Colombo has no occurrences of the extreme summer scorch and severe winter chill. Sunshine is ample in Colombo throughout the year, and humidity averages remain high at 75% across the year.
