Rome is the capital city of
Italy, also coupling up as the capital of the region of Lazio, and the most populated metropolitan city in Italy. The city is quite massive and is located conveniently in the Italian Peninsula along the Tiber River shores. January, there is conducted a special celebration between Christmas and Epiphany, celebrated with good music and dances. Most businesses remain closed, but Navona will still hold an extensive Christmas market in Piazza.
