Karachi is the capital city of the Sindh, a Province in Pakistani. Karachi is the most populated city in Pakistan and one of the most populated cities in the whole world. With a beta World City rank, Karachi, the most cosmopolitan city in Pakistan is also the key financial, cultural, industrial, economic, political, and educational hub of the country. The city is conveniently located on the Arabian Sea where it also hosts the largest ports of Pakistan - the Port of Karachi and the Port Bin Qasim.
Karachi was reportedly established in 1729, and in the nineteenth century, the British East India Company began to work on transforming the city into a vibrant port. Over the years, Karachi has grown to become a significant representation of diversity in terms of linguistics, ethnics, and religion, as well as a socially liberal and secular city.
Some of the key architectures in Karachi include the iconic Mazar-e-Quaid, the colonial-era Frere Hall, the famous Karachi Ports Trust Building, the ever-grand Mohatta Palace, the vibrant port of Karachi, and the astounding medieval and modern blend of the Karachi Central Business District architecture.

Karachi is located along the Sindh Province Coastline on the Arabian Sea, surrounded by coastal plains with several rocks, hills, and beautiful marshlands. Karachi experiences an arid climate which is classified as Köppen BWh.
